CCEAM works with system leaders in Commonwealth countries to foster just and equitable programs and participation in educational administration, management and leadership in all Commonwealth countries.
CCEAM is also currently designing in partnership with the Commonwealth Secretariat the Commonwealth School Leadership Capability Programme. This programme provides a leadership capability developmental continuum from teacher leadership, to middle leadership, to principal leadership, to system leadership. The Commonwealth School Leadership Capability Framework and modules form this programme.
System Leaders (Ministry Officials who support schools) will have access to this programme through Ministry, University and Professional Association partnerships and learnings will be shared here.
