CCEAM is currently designing in partnership with the Commonwealth Secretariat the Commonwealth School Leadership Capability Programme. This programme provides a leadership capability developmental continuum from teacher leadership, to middle leadership, to principal leadership, to system leadership. The Commonwealth School Leadership Capability Framework and modules form this programme.
Teachers will have access to this programme through Ministry, University and Professional Association partnerships and learnings will be shared here.
